Supervised by Dr. Jessica Endres, LPC-S a compassionate therapist helping individuals navigate life transitions, trauma, and self-discovery. I work with individuals who need assistance navigating the many twists and turns of life.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate supervised by Dr. Jessica Endres, LPC-S, with a passion for helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, including trauma, major life transitions, and self-doubt. My background includes working in trauma-focused settings, which have allowed me to gain experiences that prepared me to assist those who may have a difficult time readjusting after major life events or transitions. My approach is rooted in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your feelings, reconnect with yourself, and find a path toward peace and understanding.
I received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and then worked in the child welfare field as a social worker before attending graduate school for my master's. During this time, I was able to learn about the importance of trauma work as well as assisting others navigate life’s major events. While attending graduate school studies, I worked at a child advocacy center with parents and children struggling with the effects of trauma and became trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I graduated with my Masters of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and continue my education through various trainings to better assist my clients.
I believe in a Gestalt approach to therapy, where we focus on bringing awareness to your feelings and how they connect to your interactions with the world. As we experience transitions, dead ends, and blocks, correcting our course and rediscovering our ideal path can be hard. During these moments, I can help you navigate your new normal and learn new skills of self-acceptance and self-discovery to guide you to moments of peace and understanding. Let’s work together to find peace and clarity on your journey.
Overall, my goal is to get you where you want to be mentally and emotionally. My first goal though is to meet you where you're at and build a plan for treatment from there that is unique to you. I understand how scary it can be to share your personal story with someone else. That’s why I prioritize your comfort and safety in our therapeutic relationship. I’ll challenge you to grow, but never let you feel unsafe. Together, we’ll work toward the clarity, confidence, and peace you deserve.
